You should have valid debit/credit card or net banking account etc. as supported by our reliable and India’s one of the trusted payment gateway, Razorpay.

Yes, you can off-course place an order even from outside of India but your shipping address should be within India

In case of prepaid there is no such restriction in placing order. However, in case of COD (Cash On Delivery) mode you can place maximum five orders per day. And total COD order amount should not exceed 10,000.00 INR

You can get warrantee/guarantee for a product as per it’s original manufacturer provides.

You can track your order either from MyAccount or Order Tracking page.

From My account clicking on the Track button corresponding to your order will show you the detail tracking.

To track any order from Order Tracking page you need to enter your registered email id and order number.

There is a size chart attached to every product. You can look into this to get an size overview before placing any order.

You can make payment either Cash On Delivery or through online using our secure Paytm payment gateway. To pay online you should have valid debit or Credit card or net banking account.

No, we are not charging any extra for any order in COD payment mode.

You can cancel your order before we send it for shipment. The cancel button will be invisible after we start sending for shipment. However, if you still want to cancel the order you can request for refund process. The refund button will be visible after your delivery is done.

Both of the Cancel and Refund button you can see within MyAccount page for your order.

You will be refunded back the full money, without asking any question, to your account within three to four working days.

After your delivery is done, you can send refund request in case you don’t want or like that product.

After our Faaz team approve your request, our courier boy will reach to your shipping address to collect the refunded product.

We will refund your payment to your account within three to four working days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

In case of prepaid order the payment will be refunded to that account directly from which customer made the payment. But in case of COD payment the payment will be refunded to the customer account as provided by the customer. In case of COD, the refund process may longer than prepaid refund process. The COD refund process could be extended ten to fifteen working days maximum.  

Yes, you can expect to get full refund if there is no any damage found in the product returned or collected back from you.

Otherwise, we will deduct certain amount as per degree of damage and rest of the amount will be refunded to your account after deducting the amount for damaging.

Within seven days from the date of delivery you can send any refund request.

After you receive the product you can send for Exchange request.

After our Faaz team accept your request you need to first return back the product to our courier boy sent by us.

We will send the exchanged product for shipment after we receive the previous product from you returned through our courier partner.

In that case Faaz team will examine the degree of damage. And based on that the team will decide if the product is exchangeable or not. If faaz team decide they can approve the exchange with some penalty charged to you.

No, you can exchange your delivered product with the product with same type, price and category only.

No, you don’t need to pay any additional payment, unless there is any damage found in the product in your end.

No, we don’t store any of your personal or any transactional information anywhere in our website.

Yes, we encrypt all of your transactional or payment related information with 128 bit encryption program.

You will get a message informing or noticing you the first delivery was failed. And courier will attempt to deliver the same order for second time.

If you notice any damage in the product within 24 hrs after the delivery please call us or mail us. We will guide you further on this matter.

If you have ordered multiple products within a single order and still waiting for some or few of the products to be delivered yet, please wait for sometimes. You will get all of your products as soon as possible.

If you still feel uncomfortable please mail or call us on that matter, we will guide you further on that matter.

Yes, you can request for gift wrapping of your order. For gift  wrapping you need to put a Order Note in the shipping section during your order.

No, you don’t need to pay any additional cost for any gift wrapping.
