We in faaz takes utmost care and accuracy related to either description or images for any product. All the products weights, dimension are described with their approximate values. As per your monitor technical specification, the product image colour may vary from the actual product colour and regarding that deviation we don’t provide any guarantee.

Eligibility of Use

If Faaz team wants, could terminate the registration of a person having less than 18 years of age group.
If any person is accessing the website outside India, then it would be his/her sole responsibility to abide by the county specific rules and regulation while outside India.
We can deliver our product only within India but not outside India.
If we receive any order from outside India then Faaz team has authority to cancel such order.
Customers are requested to use a valid email id during registration process. All future correspondence regarding the status of the product ordered will be sent to that mail-id what has been used during registration process.
Customer can login to faaz.in with successful social sign-in like facebook, & google+ credential.
We never ask or store any confidential data through our website. This is customers’ sole responsibility to maintain their confidential record and to avoid any misuse while accessing or doing registration in this website.
This is customers’ responsibility to provide correct billing/shipping address. Due to any wrongly mentioned shipping address if any product gets lost, Faaz team would not be responsible for that.
Because of any wrongly mentioned shipping address if we have to redeliver the product further, then customer have to bear the additional shipping charges incurred.
Customer should validate his/her mobile numbers through OTP verification process while going through the billing process.
Before buying any product it’s customer responsibility to read the product description very carefully.
It’s customer judgement to execute any transaction process in respect of any product they are willing to buy.
Using this website
Using this website customer can only purchase any product as per product stock availability.
If any product is out of stock customer have to wait till the next stock is further be available.
Only registered user can put the comment for any product. But customer’s comment should not be vulgar, abusive, threatening or any other objectionable comment.
Transmitting any material in any form and which incurs unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
Any content or any images are the property of Faaz team and couldn’t be used or altered without any prior approval from it’s owner.
Any customer can place maximum 5(five) orders in COD (cash on delivery) mode per day. And the maximum amount should not cross Rs. 10,000 per day in COD mode.
The above clause is also applicable in case the billing address is same or different for a particular user.
Faaz team has full authority to can cancel the orders in a single day, while maximum amount crosses Rs. 10,000 or maximum numbers of order crosses more than five in COD mode from the same customer.
Faaz team could cancel or reschedule the deliveries for rest of the orders (exceeding Rs. 10,000 or count five) in next consecutive days.
In case on prepaid there is no such above mentioned restrictions on purchasing products.
Cancellation by Faaz team
Faaz team has full authority to cancel any ordered product if it’s price, description etc, is mistakenly displayed in the website (https://www.faaz.in), or due to low stock or out of stock of the product or because of any other reason.
If customer has paid the full payment, but his/her order has been cancelled by Faaz team, then Faaz team will inform the customer about the cancellation of the order and their payment will be refunded back.
Customer may be asked to send their bank a/c number, where the product price will be credited back, only through mail communication. Customer will receive a mail from the mail id firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer is requested to send their bank a/c no along with IFSC code only to mail id email@example.com.
Customer should not send/share any other bank or Credit Card or Debit Card or Net banking related or any other highly confidential data with Faaz team through the mail id or any other mode of communication.
Regarding the reverting back of credit due to cancellation, customer should only communicate on top of the mail id firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within seven to ten working days, after the cancellation happens, the full amount will be refunded or credited back to customer a/c number as provided or communicated by the customer.
Instead of sending the bank details to email@example.com if customer send the bank details to any other mail id or through other mode, it may cause for infinite delay in refund process. Faaz team would not be responsible for any such delay.
Customer should provide always correct bank a/c number and IFSC code to avoid delay in refund process.
If a/c number, provided by customer, seems to be wrong or not belongs to his/her but payment has been refunded by Faaz team, then the entire responsibility goes to customer for such wrongdoing activity. Customer could not claim any further refund for the same activity. No payment would be refunded further for the same issue. Faaz would not entertain any such claim on same issue further.
Faaz team never asks about any kind of confidential record from it’s customer related to any matter. If customer shares their confidential information to Faaz team or any other third party(s), then this is customer’s sole responsibility for any kind of security beach occurs at any time.
Cancellation by Customer & Refund
In case customer cancel any prepaid order before it’s delivery to customer, the payment will be reverted back to the customer a/c number within three to four working days.
Customer could cancel or refund any order even after the product delivery. All cancellation should be triggered within seven days from the date of delivery.
If customer cancel any order after the delivery, then he/she has to return back the original product to our courier partner.
The return product will be verified by our courier partner and if any damage is noticed the payment may not be refunded at all or some amount will be deducted before the payment is refunded to customer a/c.
Faaz team will decide how much amount will be deducted for any damaged product before it’s refund. And customer could not raise any concern regarding that deductible amount.
The payment will be refunded within ten to fifteen working days after Faaz team receive the product returned by the customer through our courier partner.
Faaz team has sole authority to cancel any refund request by the customer.
Return and Exchange policy
Customer could send exchange request only after the delivery.
Customer could exchange his/her delivered product with any listed product in https://www.faaz.in with same type, category and price only.
Exchange is not possible after seven days from the date of delivery of that product.
After customer sends an exchange request, customer has to wait for it’s further approval from Faaz team.
After Faaz team approves the exchange request customer has to return the original product to our courier partner.
Faaz couldn’t redeliver the exchanged product until receives the returned product by the customer.
If any damage is noticed in the returned product then additional penalty charge could be imposed to customer during the product exchange process. Customer has to pay that additional charge before the redelivery.
Faaz team has sole authority to cancel any return and exchange request by the customer.
